Guard-railed agent loops from one short interview — for any agent: Claude, GPT, Gemini, a local model, a Hermes agent, or your own harness. Merlin keeps them from running away: every loop ships with a typed done-condition (checked by a command, a judge, or a human), a reviewer that isn't the author, hard budgets, a forbidden list, and human approval gates. No loop without a way to know it's finished.
No done-condition yet. A loop needs a way for a machine to verify it's finished, or it runs forever. Fill in Done condition and the loop will generate.
